Our shop is easy to use and navigate. If you are new to the web or get stuck the following should help you.

Browsing & Searching
You may browse our shop by category. Clicking on the pink buttons near the top of each page will bring up a list of sub-categories for you to choose from. You may also scroll through the A to Z listing on the Home page to find the items you are looking for.

If you know what you are looking for you can type a few words into the search box in the top right of the page. If you know the product item number from our mail order catalogue you can type this in the search box too.

How To Order
To order, add your required items to the shopping basket. The site will ask you any questions about personalisation or colour/size options - either type in the information in the boxes as required or make your choice from the drop down menu. The site will guide you through. You may order more than one of each item by editing the quantity in the shopping basket. Remember to click the Update button before continuing.

Shopping Basket
To reach the shoppinig basket, click on the shopping trolley icon in the top right of the screen. Once you are on the shopping basket page you may make changes to your order before proceeding to the checkout.

Remember to click the update button after making any changes.

Registration
You will be asked to register before completing your purchase. Once you have registered you will be able to view and track your orders and add items to your wish list.

Checkout
Clicking on the Checkout button from the basket will enable you to proceed through our secure server. For more information about security, please click on the Security link at the bottom of the page.

Don't want to order on the web?
If you prefer you may order by phone/fax or mail. Once you have added all your items to the basket, you may print out a copy of your order which you may post/fax to us along with your payment. We accept payment by Cheque or Postal Order (payable to Perfect Day) and all major credit cards. Please click on the Contact Us link for details of where to send your printed order form. We also have a mail order catalogue which includes a printed order form, click on the Request Catalogue link at the top of the page to order one.
